Happy Easter & Casa USA Update

Follow us!

EASTER GREETINGS TO OUR CHI FRIENDS & FAMILY!

On this most holy of Holy Days, may you and your family enjoy the blessings of the the Risen Christ today and always!

This is indeed a blessed time for us at Catholic Healthcare International and our Casa USA vision.  Bishop Earl Boyea of the Diocese of Lansing, Michigan has joined our team and welcomed us to implement our Casa USA vision in his Diocese, and has donated land for the campus for our Casa Hospital, pilgrim shrine and medical school.  We have submitted our application for our Certificate of Need to the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services, we personally presented our vision to their Commission last week, and have been invited back in May to discuss a special exemption for a license for our hospital.  Very exciting…Please pray!  We have teamed up with a large medical school to develop our own “School for the Relief of Suffering” medical school to form truly faithful Catholic physicians & healthcare providers to practice as faithful Catholics in our secular culture.  Once we complete theses preliminary initiatives, we will begin efforts to build our first structure on the new campus, the replica of Padre Pio’s Santa Maria delle Grazie Church, as a pilgrim shrine for the many Padre Pio Prayer Groups and devotees of St. Pio to come and pray with us for the successful and speedy implementation of our Home for the Relief of Suffering hospital in the US to care for those in need in the charism of St. Padre Pio.  And in May our Casa USA Leadership Team (including Cardinal Raymond Burke, our Episcopal Advisor & close friend) will undertake a Delegation Trip and pilgrimage to Rome and San Giovanni Rotondo, Italy to meet with the leadership of the Casa Hospital in Italy, and to share this good news of the great progress of our Casa USA vision in the United States.

These are indeed very exciting times for us at Catholic Healthcare International, and our Casa USA vision.  Your prayers and support are greatly appreciated and so very much needed at this important time in the implementation of our plans.  Please visit our website to learn more and to stay updated on our progress.

Be assured that you are all remembered in our prayers as we start each work day at Catholic Healthcare International, and we ask that you pray for us and our Work also.  May Our Immaculate Mother guide and protect you and your families, and Padre Pio pray for us all!

Happy Easter, thank you for your prayers & support, & God bless!
